After years of managing renovations, I realized the hardest part of a project wasn't the construction, it was the communication. Important decisions were scattered across emails, text messages, spreadsheets, and countless apps. Clients felt overwhelmed. Designers felt buried in administration instead of creativity.
We built Plot to change that.
